      And i know not a great time to joke, but the guy wandering over with the dustpan and brush made me think “You’re going to need something a bit bigger than that.”

      building regulations save lives. seeing that first video is wild, how was that not rectified?

      After that video in 2024 showing obvious structural failures, that building never should have been allowed to have occupants. As others mentioned, it was beyond repair and needed to be demolished.

      So, my question would be: is it likely there will be prosecutions of the building owners, the inspectors, and the city officials who ALL allowed this to happen?
