      Are you “F4F INTER FLEET”? If not, it’s not addressed to you and you don’t need to do anything, for now at least.

      This document is a request to registered car owner to confirm who was driver at the time this contravention was recorded. this is standard procedure for automated recording devices like speed cameras.

      It is addressed to the Rental company so I guess you don’t have to do anything yet. Just ask them what they want from you at that stage.

      I would assume they will provide your details to the Police as requested in the letter.

      This will then result in actual speeding ticket that needs to be paid issued to your name/address.

      Sectional speed measurement is only partially legal so it depends on how are your feeling about fighting them. Polish law requires to specify exact place where you driven to fast. Not the range in which the speeding was. That’s why it is weak form the perspective of law and it is possible to win the case.

      It’s not addressed to you at the moment, so you don’t need to do anything. Sooner or later the car rent will share your data with the office and you’ll receive a real speed ticked to be paid.

      Am I reading it right that if the car was stolen, the owner gets a 800 PLN fine if the thief is speeding?
