Actually delusional to hold such beliefs, how can anyone expect crime to be addressed by someone with such sheltered logic.
14 months is a ridiculous sentence regardless of whether they judge has to assume someone is of previously good character or not.
We need to push the politicians to move all the migrant housing to areas where the politicians and the judges live. Then you will see how fast the immigration problems get solved and sentencing guidelines and the actual sentences change for good.
