Perhaps like astronauts have to do exercise to maintain bone density, they will soon have to do sets of side-eyes to maintain eye structure.
For this you can just line up the astronauts and cosmonauts at each end of the room when their respective countries do something stupid.
If it really is gravity and not radiation that causes this, that seems like something that could be easily remedied with centrifugal force.
I say “easily” and yes, this is space travel. I mean it is a problem where we know the solution, we just have to engineer it.
