Jealous, sounds amazing!
I road tripped in Spain just before covid. Train from Madrid to Segovia, then drove to Galicia. Went all over Galicia (Lugo, A Coruña, Compostela, Rias Baixas, Ourense, Guitirriz) Valladolid, Avila, Salamanca. One of the best times I’ve ever had in my life. Wish I could go again now.
