First try at making khachapuri myself after coming back home from visiting your country.
Legitimately the best food on earth.
Maybe the egg was a tiny bit too long in the oven but when I mixed it it was prfect imo

  2. Looks yum.
    I love my egg yolk runny, so I’d put bake or less time with the egg. (actually I don’t bake the egg at all, I turn off the oven, add the egg and leave it inside while I grab a plate.
    If you have a sous vide, you can make pasteurised eggs and leave it completely raw.
