Standard reform wouldn’t be reform if not under investigation

Who is paying him off this time? We know the traitor will take any money.

For what? Bribes? Insider trading? Saying he was English? Because now a days, you can be arrested and thrown into jail for saying you’re English?

He’ll say he has done absolutely nothing wrong and it’s either:
A) Deep State trying to take him down
B) Woke activists running the Parliamentary Watchdog trying to take him down
C) Both of the above

interesting, so if I sent a blowup doll as a gift, he’d have to register it.
Don’t worry it was just an oversight. There is precedent don’t you know.
TBF I wouldn’t care if he was taking actual bribes as long as he destroys the Labour party and stops the boats.

Imprison and or exile the guy. No press, no platform, just get rid before we have pound shop Trump…

This is a really bad look for the government, it’s less than 24 hours after a senior official flat out called Farage and anyone opposed to the OSA pedophiles and then after Farage demands an apology the government slaps him with this
Even more damaging is this also happens after the government official who said it is summoned by a Trump official to explain his actions over the OSA which genuinely makes it look like this is retaliation
Say what you want about Farage but this is just continued terrible optics by the government

They barely ever punish any MP.
It’s not in any of their interests really, if they find anything there is always the opportunity to put it right and nothing more will be done.

Whilst I think Farage is a Crook who cares little about his constituents or bettering the lives of the people, this just looks like the government going after a political opponent for disagreeing with the online safety act and being a political threat.
Terrible optics because nobody cares about details and will only listen to what he says on the matter.

Funny how you don’t hear of any other mp’s under investigation.

Hmm, that was quicker than I expected.
Not unexpected by any means though.

And if (when?) they find any wrong doing, I am sure that they will write him a very sternly phrased letter.

But calling someone, and the general public for that matter, a nonce, because they disagree with a hideously overreaching Act, gets…nothing done against?

fgs! won’t *somebody* ask Sunak why he (wrongly and illegally) stepped in on the private bank scandal. Why was it SO important for old nige to keep that account….?

I wouldn’t be surprised if they found nothing on him. The timing of this almost feels like they want stop any momentum he’s built in past few days by saying he’d remove the act.
This labour government feels wrong… Something is just starting to feel not right about it.

Interesting but I can’t imagine much happening given that it’ll open up a can of worms into everyone else and previous issues.
Did they ever do anything about the Tories wasting tax payer money on friends and families companies during covid?
Also can’t help but think this is going to be spun into big parliament wanting to silence him now because he’s ‘popular’ and recently mocked the terrible Internet ID policy. They should have done this just after the election when he hadn’t spent the past 6 months talking about how the government where scared of him.
Also the house of Lords questioning anyone’s morals and income seems…amusing.
