Kod nas je postalo nebitno je li mačka crna ili bijela, nego da li uopšte lovi miševe. Problem je što su nam i jedne i druge mačke često samo ukrasne, a miševi kolo vode.
Sta su kriteriji?
Čuj Univerzitet u Bihaću na 3265-om mjestu od 32k univerziteta. Kakvi su ovi ispod bihaćkog kad je taj ovako visoko rangiran.
Realno, ova prva 3 da nešto valjaju u Bosni ostali su Bogu za plakati.
Plus gdje Univerzitet u Mostaru pošto tamo 2 imaju ili su ih objednili pod jedno?!
Nije mi jasno kako je univerzitet istocno sarajevo pao sa 3. na 8., za jednu godinu.
