The bugs in the water aren’t the only parasites we have to deal with.
£127 million that could be spent on repairing lines / building new processing plants / giving staff pay rises.
They definitely aren’t listening.
The problem isn’t that we can’t feed or house the poor, the problem is that we can’t satiate the rich.
There we have it, this is the water companies performing ‘better‘ than expected. If we want things like clean water, or even any water for the 15% there’s only one option. This is a national embarrassment.
Private businesses cannot and should not be trusted to operate essential or critical infrastructure – their priority will always be making profits and rewarding shareholders.
