Does anyone have a link to the sentencing guidelines for this? The maximum is 14 years in prison, but obviously the odds of them getting that will be minimal.

Palestine Action are a terrorist group and a bane to the Palestinian cause

Their organisation and its supporters are saying the only way to support Palestine is by supporting their fringe extremist group and engaging in violent and destructive acts in the UK against things which increasingly are having no connection to Israel

Not all of Gaza is Hamas but similarly the entire Palestinian cause is not Palestine Action

  3. A group that hasn’t directly made anyone in the uk terrorised and just messed up a plane are proscribed terrorists by the same government who thinks if you’re against the online safety bill you’re Jimmy Saville reincarnated, I’m starting to think this government is just an unorganised authoritarian mess trying to punch down as much as they can before they’re given the boot.

Why not just support any other pro Palestine movement? There’s endless other ones

This will eventually come before a judge who calls it out as the nonsense it is. Anyone charged will be let off. The government knows its nonsense, but Its a tactic for now to keep the arms supply to the genocide going. Anyone with half a brain cell can see what they were doing was not terrorism and its an abuse of the anti terror laws. We have such a craven media and political class that no one calls it out.

Why don’t the police just put a purple strip on the pavement saying to look away from the protesters?

When we said we were anti-Nazi we meant we didn’t like what the Nazis were doing, not that we thought it was really cool but just wanted to do it against Arabs instead…
