God, three rounds of interviews? What on Earth is the job? I’ve only had two rounds max before, and they were for shitty retail jobs where they do the first round en masse.

What industry are you in where 3 interviews seems to be the norm? That seems excessive to me, especially for 100% of the firms that you got that far with.

You screwed up the ordering and put the rejected on top and accepted on bottom then reversed it then reversed it again.
