  2. That week 19/20 bump is real. Lose the first 15-20 pounds “relatively” easily and then you can jump back up or plateau

  3. Well done. You must feel great and proud. The key thing is… unless Week 20 was a vacation or something and you were off your game, you just picked right back up where you left off and kept at it.

    Nice job! I’m doing the same with drastically different results – 218 to 204 to 208 to 211. Goal is to get to 195.

  9. I’m doing the same thing, trying to go from 198 to 170. So far my weekly progress has been 198.0, 194.0, 190.6, 189.0, 190.0, 187.6. So fingers crossed.

    Great job! … that looks almost identical to mine (So far at least). Started at about the same, and I just dipped below 200lbs a couple of weeks ago, but I’m plateauing now. Your trend from week 16 on gives me hope.

    Nice same here started with 215 and right now at 210 not doing diet tho just eating balanced meals and going to the gym for weightlifting and cardio 3x times a week

    The lines would make more sense if they were 1 unit each. Right now there are 6 lines for every 5 units.
