      Im pretty sure, Kaczynski knows, that Smolensk was not russians doing.
      It was convinient for Kaczynski to keep investigation as long as possible, he was using it for his political goals.
      Russians refused to return plane wreck as it was convinient for them – made people argue and divide society in Poland – country unfriendly for Russia.
      Divide et impera.
