    The maltese public has a ‘duty to report’ when observing instances of child abuse. I’d say that this falls under that. Remove from socials and make sure not to send it to anyone else because of Gdpr and go to the police and social services (FSWS). If you have to, go to the Commissioner for Children, and the Comissioner on Gender Based Violence and Domestic Violence.

    We know it’s illegal and we know it’s extremely dangerous and the mother or holder of the baby is irresponsible. Police report as you have license number. Hopefully they will handle it. Poor baby.

    Yes I failed an online form, the police will call me tomorrow. Share this, not sure if the police have resources nor the willing to do anything. Hope this gets enough attention

  5. As someone who lived in East Asia for years: that’s some amateur shit, you can fit another two kids on that bike easy. Plus a dog.

    (Having said that, I feel like it’s a lot more dangerous in Malta than somewhere like Vietnam where there are a zillion scooters and the cars are all looking out for scooters.)
