      That article has made my blood boil. Being sentanced while already being in prison for something else shows how much of a lesion on society the dog owner is.

      Can we seriously build some prison spaces and actually start removing people from society already.

      There is no hope in hell that someone like this can be trusted to roam free, and as much as prison costs, I’m fairly certain the externalities of their actions are far more expensive.
