Cala Vento is a Catalan duo formed in 2014 in L’Empordà (Girona) by Aleix Turon (guitar and voice) and Joan Delgado (drums and voice). Since its inception they have opted for a sound based only on guitar (with double amplifier in their concerts), drums and two voices.

They debuted in 2016 with their first homonym album, produced by Eric Fuentes and edited by Bcore, which led them to national and international scenarios. This album contains songs that have become hymns in their concerts like "April", "Isabella sang"o "I’m in love with you". In 2017 they publish their second album fruit panorama, with songs like "Desert island" o "Scarf stories". After an EP in 2018 called EP leftover songs, in 2019 they launched balancing, a more ambitious work in which they added wind arrangements and pop melodies, which would ultimately win many awards and was acclaimed by critics, an album in my opinion of the best of the 2010 in Spain. In parallel, they founded their own seal, Montgrí.

In 2023 they take Casa Linda, recorded in their own studio during the pandemic, a more melodic and pop album where they begin to flirt with songs without guitars.

This 2025 celebrated their first decade of experience with toast, an album of versions that pays tribute to artists as diverse as Lucio Battisti, the last one in the row, Julieta Venegas, Fugazi or Turonstile, accompanied by an intensive tour of “12 days in 12 rooms” throughout Spain.
