What in the absolute bullshit is the political system now, the general public have been tricked into believing that immigration is the be all or end all, and as soon as they’re out Britain will be great again.       I mean, I can understand why she’s saying this.

      It’s a deterrent. You want to deter people from crossing – especially those who are vulnerable. But it just sounds…awful. She could’ve just remained silent – the numbers of women and children making the crossing aren’t the same as the young men.
