We rented a car in Tromsø last month (July 11-22) and last week I got an email from the rental company with an invoice for a parking fee, the fine was attached too. They said the parking offence was dated July 21.
Looking at the document, I saw a date of June 21 instead. Am I right that the fine dates from June 21 instead?

Yeah, that’s June. NOT July
Ask them to double check the dates and send you proof of the parking ticket as well
