Question: are these types of micro-cars, or whatever we call them, allowed on bike lanes?
I am not sure about their purpose any longer. Seems that as long as you fit, you can go for it.

No, but that doesn’t stop people from doing it.
Not sure what vehicle this is exactly but if this has no registration plate etc. this might as well be classified in the same category as an ebike.

Presumably for people with mobility issues.
No idea on the law, but if they are limited to low speeds then it probably wouldn’t be safe on the roads.
They are a common sight being driven by Elderly people going shopping in UK towns/cities. Usually on the pavement, but not at much more than walking pace.
Maybe? If it’s under 450kg and under 25km/h top speed then it fits into the recently created schweren Elektro-Motorfahrräder category and then yes (but it should have yellow plates). Or if under 250kg then it’s legally an ebike, and doesn’t even need plates if top speed is under 25.
