If you don’t post the image without the translation from google I doubt anyone could offer a more accurate translation or context.

I don’t speak it either but I think it’s a poster promoting a traditional basque music show ([bertsolariak](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bertsolaritza)… Similar to freestyle rappers but made a century before rap was a thing)
Full disclaimer I’m not euskalduna & it’s hard to reverse engineer from the automatic English translation, but this appears to be a flyer for a bertsolari — improvised poet songster– performance on Monte Igeldo in Donostia, likely featuring bertsolaris from the retired community.
It’s written in…. English, not Basque.
Why would you post this…with an English translation? Why not post the original?
