    It’s the same article, but with no ads and no tracking. It has a different header image. It has a direct link to the arxiv.org paper (note: not peer reviewed yet), which phys.org links to via doi.org for some reason. It has an easier to read text layout, with more white space used. You can also learn who UKRI are, and what they do, from their navigation.

    Phys.org is a content aggregator. They republish free-as-in-beer content (like this) and licensed content with their own ads, their own tracking, and who knows what else. Most of the time, the original publication is a better browsing experience.
