Hello, I am leaving Aurland on Wednesday for Bergen and currently have Norled Cruise Ship tickets booked.
The ship leaves at 3:30pm which is a bit later than I’d want to leave, primarily because I would be getting in Bergen on the later end. I still have some time to get a refund if I wanted to.
I found an alternative which is VY450 Bus followed by R40 train, pictured above.
I was wondering how on schedule this VY450 bus would be. As you can see there is only 14 minutes to make the train, and I’m worried if the bus gets delayed I won’t make the train. Would you recommend this route?

Additionally, I would be curious how much room there would be on this bus and train to store a large suitcase.
It is the same company driving the buss and the train.
The buss is probably there to feed the train so i think you should be fine.
You’ll most likely make the train no problem. The bus is timed for this train. And even if you somehow don’t you can just go on the next R40 train. (And there is even a F4 train in between these trains, if there is space and you tell the conductor your bus was delayed, they’ll probably let you on.)
