Ukraine presents the “flamingo”, the new long -haul missile made in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian war enterprise "Fire Point" presents theFP-5 Flamingoa new long -haul subsonic missile.

The missile, developed entirely in Ukraine, would be destined to replace the Taurus.

Being produced in Ukraine, the weapon would not be subjected to the prohibitions of use present, however, with the weapons provided to Ukraine by NATO countries. In fact, today there is a ban on long -haul missiles provided by NATO to Ukraine, which prevents Ukrainian forces from using them to attack objectives, considered too sensitive, in Russia.

The flamingo, therefore, would be able to hit cities like Moscow or St. Pietoburg. The missile has a range of 3000km, maximum speed 900km/h, guided by a satellite navigation system and can affect the goal with high precision, as the margin of circular error is about 14 meters. The head (i.e. the explosive) is about 1150kg.

Tested for the first time, in a Ukrainian secret polygon, on August 20, 2025, the current production rhythm is about 30 units per month, with the aim of achieving the production of 200 units per month.
