      I’d imagine whatever the rules, the dice are loaded. Very easy and simple to create those types of dice baked to always land on certain sides, and sleight of hand with dice is also quick to learn. A bit of patter and I’m sure someone’s greed | desperation will have them trying this obvious street “game” scam.
