      Kotsi (*plurar: Kotsebi*) – in this context, a member of the Georgian Dream party.

      Also, according to the [Georgian Urban Dictionary](https://www.bidzer.ge/word/11110), Kotsi can be explained as:

      – Primitive individual on the brink of extinction. Prays one minute, kills a man the next. Praises Bidzina (oligarch) and consumes any rubbish handed by the authorities.

      – A person who blindly trusts the system, believes that they understand how the world is governed while others do not.

      – The reason for the downfall of this country… a pro-Russian scammer, heavily afflicted, etc.

      – An otherworldly being. Synonyms: scumbag, bastard, whore, ‘son of a motherfucker’, damned creature, second place in the contest of scumbags, glistening man.
