    Hello tame

    I’ve been living in this apartment since February and it has been renting out the second time, but I’m not sure if I can apply or if I have to wait. Am I entitled to apply for the reduction in rent or do I have to wait until 1.4.2026?

      Du musst auf den nächsten Kündigungstermin warten, welcher gemäss Vertrag der 31.3.26 ist. Bis dahin kannst du keine Mietzinssenkung einfordern.
