      The most cynical part of the right wing grift is anti-vax sentiment.

      Relitigating one of the few policy areas where there’s near universal acceptance in service of creating culture wars to fuel your own brand of grievance-based politics is despicable considering the consequences it will have.

      The controversial cardiologist Aseem Malhotra, accused by critics of spreading anti-vax misinformation laden with conspiracy theories, will give the only health-related address on the main stage of the Reform Party conference this weekend.

      Leading doctors have urged Reform leader, Nigel Farage, not to put lives in danger by handing Malhotra – who claims that mRNA COVID vaccines did more harm than good – a prime conference slot.

      The British cardiologist is chief medical adviser to MAHA Action, a US campaign group advocating the “Make America Healthy Again” agenda of Robert F Kennedy Jr, US President Donald Trump‘s secretary of health and human services.

      Honestly I’m not surprised at all. They’ve also been going hard on climate denial too. We are fucked.

      At this point, I firmly believe the anti-vax movement, is backed by the powers that be, who will use preventable disease as a form of population control.

      Fantastic! It’s bad enough that parents choose not to vaccinate their kids putting newborns at risk bc the illnesses that was controlled are now back for example measles and whooping cough. I read a report where a new baby died bc they were too young to be vaccinated but caught whooping cough. People in a position to lead this county giving anti vaxers a platform will lead to carnage!

      They’re going to make us sick and unwell, no Vax for kids, no reproductive rights for women and be surrounded by fracked seeped water supplies as our NHS is sold off to American equity firms.

      Playing to his conspiracy theorist supporters here then. His lot are the same people burning down 5G masts, talking about ‘the great replacement’ and those who believe the Earth is flat. What is one more conspiracy theory to them? It will get him more votes and his supporters will think he believes the same nonsense they do.
