Will this movie be english dubbed or japanese + mkd subtitles?

Hello, im currently in mkd and i want to watch this movie, but it will be a problem for me if its not english dubbed, since i dont know japanese and cant read macedonian. How can I know this? can i email cineplexx, or does anyone here know? Thanks in advance!
