Horror Treatment of Jaw Joint at Elena in Dentaes (Appeal)

Inspired by u/EntireAdvantage334 I decided to write a long post about the trauma I survived in Dentaes at "The doctor" Elena Vasilevska Georgieva. And before I went to the day, I woke up for 6 months almost every morning with heavy headaches, I didn’t feel my hands when I woke up and as if someone had drilled my ears in my ears. A few months before my right jaw was stuck but I didn’t feel any pain in it, so I never realized the association with other symptoms, although I found out that these were the symptoms of TMD (Temporomandibular dysfunction) or jaw dysfunction. For six months I couldn’t understand what was happening to me. At the end of Dr. Mary (otorhinolaryngology private practice) sent me to Elena in Dentaes, "TMD specialist". I went to the examination, explained to me why all the symptoms happen to me and theoretically it made sense. I told myself that, I found myself for the 6-month hell.

He told me that my lower jaw was very backwards because my upper jaw was underdeveloped and my teeth did not give the lower jaw forward (deep bite). Therefore, the jaw joints were pressing into the bearing that led to the right wrist disc to move and the wrist itself, that is, to become visibly smaller than the right one. It happened probably from too much teeth squeezing at night, but then she didn’t tell me that. Also, because the lower jaw was positioned back, the air flow decreased and the body was forced to compensate for leaning the head forward to open the airways, which led to the upright back of the spine, a process that was probably lasting for years. He gave me exercises with purple rubber pens that I was doing for 20 days. After 20 days the movement of the joints was louder and improved. After that he gave me aqualazizer, a splint with water that is placed between the teeth to make the facial muscles rest. I burst the first aqualizer in a dream, from too much teeth. Even then I had to see that I was suffering from excessive clenching my teeth in a dream, from bruxism.

After the aqualizer came the trial. At the next foam pistol examination, I get prints of the bite by giving my lower jaw on my left to the left. It was only when I was taking an impression on my sisters around, instead of being concentrated. With such an imprint after a few days they gave me a hard acrylic splint as shown in the picture. With it I was measured by the chewing muscles (electromyography) by attaching me electrodes to the abnormal and cheeks of the face, to check the muscle activity and jaw movement (condylography), left-right, back and forth. One to see that apparatus will say, see these, congratulations, their top technology is using, they certainly know what they are doing. In fact, he wrote that in one of the brochures, something in style, paraphrasing: "Using the most modern technology in order to trust the patient in treatment". In fact marketing and plain placebo effect.

After the first night with the split, the next day I woke up for the first time in 2 months without headaches that were sporadic until then (I had a week, Sunday no). But that period without pain lasted 6-7 days. (Surely because my wrist was decompressed) the next 4 months followed horror and agony. Every 6 weeks I came to interfere with the splrimin. After several consecutive interference of the split, the situation not only does not improve, but also deteriorates. Again I had huge headaches, and now I have got new symptoms: heat in the face, painkillers, cheeks, nose pain, chewing pain, pain in the two jaws that had not been before and several times a week suddenly buzzing in the ears, which was frightening. I also became sensitive to casts, high -frequency sounds (hyperacusis). Again every day I woke up with huge facial pain, the quality of life was reduced to zero, and turned into zombies. I started drinking diazepam, Helex, Ibuprofen to calm my pain at least. Every day was a struggle. Obviously something was wrong with the SPLINE. I saw that to Gligor at every review, but they didn’t give me any advice.

For those 4 months "The doctor" I never saw Elena, nor did he find her to examine me personally, he always left me to the younger doctors. One examination was present in the practice just 3 meters from me in the other room, but decided to use the younger doctor as a courier and through it to give me instructions to do sticks with sticks, which made no sense. She didn’t care to get out of a chair and see me! At the end of the fourth month I decided not to carry the splint and the situation somehow improved to me.

After 4 months I finally saw her, it was all imagined and frightened when I entered the room. It was obvious that she felt guilty. And let’s say to see what she says. Found that the minds that were not covered with the split were erupted, or the others went down to the bone, the mind struck in the upper week because there were no minds (after 4 months!) And it created (or not) a problem and many more. He was getting things out of the sleeve. She said she now knows why it’s better when I don’t wear the SPINE. How should I even be grateful that I have decided not to wear it?! For those 4 months of agony I was surviving, it had to monitor my condition and look at me regularly, so it would notice any changes in worse, and (probably) something would have taken. Consulting with other three orthodonts and two maxillofacial surgeons, I got the opinion that the splint was completely wrong and held the joints and muscles in an unnatural position, but it was already late. With the existing bruxism Elena with that misplaced splint, the forces of squeezing were directed to me in new directions and developed new symptoms. Plus the trauma itself of the new symptoms further strengthened the squeeze. Vicious circle.

Also in the treatment I paid for control electromyography and condylography, which I did not do even though I asked them several times. I paid honestly and they didn’t meet it. But the 300,000ths were kept with 5-6 thousand for reviews.

The ultimate result was clicking, skipping stopped, the jaw was now moving smoothly, ear pain stopped, but I was left with pain in the perpetrators, cheeks and behind the nose for four years, every day. Because of her bite, I left my bite completely and lost my stable biting platform that caused me pain in my facial muscles. As I mentioned, along with existing bruxism, it worsened the situation even more. It was only after three years that I managed to calm the situation with fixed dentures that led me a doctor from a clinic who returned my bite and returned me to life.

In my case, Elena showed total carelessness for me as a patient and created huge additional problems that I was forced to solve in countless other places, where I did not go, neurologists, maxillofacials, orthodontists. Chronic pain for years that is still on drastically diminished my quality of life and led me to severe depression (I also took antidepressants) and for those four months I received occasional panic attacks. I have lost years of my life because of its complete inability and negligence.

TL; DR: I went to Elena in Dentaes to solve the problem of horrible headaches, stuck jaw, and I went out crippled with a permanent four -year pain. I don’t want anyone to survive the agony I was surviving, so I wrote the post as an appeal. Avoid this "doctor" At any cost!
