It may not be 100% scientific, but it is interesting. Some people may not always buy appropriate sizes though and people in relationships, and marriages may forgo condoms for other methods. So it may exclude a large chunk of the population.
There is some valid criticism in the comments like they have never done something like that for women and cup sizes for example.

I wish the age group between 16 and 25 would use condoms at all. The amount of prescriptions for Chlamydia I see is ridiculous. As is the amount of disinterested 16 year olds coming into the pharmacy for the morning after pill because using condoms is apparently uncool.
