Comprendo benissimo purtroppo.
I miei non abitano al Sud, ma per un problema di salute hanno brancolato nel buio per due anni restando nella realtà ospedaliera locale, tra esami fatti tutti in momenti diversi, visite specialistiche dello stesso tipo ma con pareri discordanti tra i medici stessi, nessuna presa in carico per approfondimenti ma lasciando semplicemente la gente al proprio destino. Ovviamente tutto in libera professione…
In un anno (che non è comunque poco, ma la presa in carico è avvenuta nel giro di un mese e mezzo) soltanto richiedendo un secondo parere ad una struttura di Milano, non tra le menzionate lì ma comunque nota a livello nazionale, sono riusciti ad avere una diagnosi più specifica, e cura, grazie ad un percorso di presa in carico con approfondimenti (totalmente coperto dal SSN!)
Breve digressione, ma neanche tanto, sul discorso viaggi della speranza:
Ogni volta che parlo con qualcuno che li ha fatti, il discorso bene o male si sviluppa sempre con una frase tipo:
“Eh, io sono riuscito a parlare/farmi operare direttamente dal primario”
A me sta cosa manda ai matti, infatti sono pure scettico sulla veridicità di molte di queste affermazioni.
Come se ci fossero decine di migliaia di primari pronti a sistemare tutti i vari viaggiatori del sud, in tempo record poi.
Perché sulla sanità si legge di tutto tranne il fatto che il modello attuale è insostenibile? Quando penseremo ai problemi veri? Quando sarà troppo tardi?
Va tanto di moda parlare male della sanità privata però poi quando gli italiani si spostano per distacco dove vanno?
I primi tre, per distacco, sono ospedali privati convenzionati della Lombardia.
Metà sono di proprietà dei preti.
