      Are these men being exploited?  Is there any counselling offered before they donate?  After all, it’s not anonymous anymore…

      Many years ago, maybe early 90s, a mate used to get £15 for a donation in one of the London hospitals off Tottenham Court Road. We were cycle couriers so when work was slack he used to nip off for a quick one which always provoked hilarity on our radio system.. However you were supposed to refrain from ejaculating for 48 hours beforehand which being being early 20s was rather difficult. He got rejected once as he couldn’t muster the volume and was told “Mate, there isn’t even a fivers worth there”
