But I like lactic pickled cucumbers and when Poles and Germans don’t argue about their family past, current politics or religion, it actually works quite well as neighbors.

Actually, the accusation of an inferiority complex suggests that we are not inferior, but only consider ourselves to be so. In any case, I prefer that to the German superiority complex, because we know where the belief in the German Ubermensch once led.
