Do we really need to sabotage our relationship with our ally like this? I don’t like Trump either, but can’t we act respectfully regardless?
Edit: I personally agree with much of the sentiment, but there are times where it’s not wise to openly express your own opinions, both for individuals and countries.

Trump won’t be phased sadly. He knows that he will not be facing any justice as a result of his associations with Epstein, so this is something he can blame on bad actors and suffer no reputational damage from. His supporters will back him, both at home and those from the UK.

If anything this could just make him implement something that will damage the UK.
So again. What is the point? We’re directly insulting a foreign dignitary. One who we have a very powerful important economic tie too….
