Truck centipede
Gotta bust those sanctions and get goods into Russia somewhow.
But seriously, you see this at multiple locations. I think the patrol police (who are often present) hold large numbers of trucks in order to convoy them at night up the Georgian Military Highway. There are several off-road parking areas for this near border with Turkey etc.
