This is such a non-story. Russia attacked with drones. Air defence responded. Russia is responsible for collateral damage done by our air defence. No need to spin it into something anti-gov or anti-military.
Sad part is he’s lied so many times its hard to know what to believe now.
If the evidence truly shows it was a missle that was trying to shoot down a drown then it be political suicide for his party which is already losing traction to keep lying. Better off just admitting it and fixing the problem (lack of anti drone defenses)
Has anybody heard – is there a fundraising to help the owner to repair the house?
Why was the Polish missile fired? Wasn’t it because of the Russian drones?
To give you an example that might be easier to understand, let’s imagine you had a car accident and then the paramedic broke your ribs during resuscitation.
Would you blame the paramedic? Maybe you would, but the real cause of this was the car accident, and the paramedic just did his job.
OP is taking Tusk too literary. The house was probably hit by a rocket fired by Polish military. But it was Russia that invaded Polish airspace with air weapons, therefore Russia bears sole responsibility by the whole incident. That’s what Tusk meant.
How would a missle take out only the roof and not destroy the entire house?
The Poles seem to have no idea what they will have to face in the near future. If they do not put their defense system in order in the coming months and do not go the whole way that Ukraine has gone in three years, then their losses and human losses will be enormous, simply because they do not adequately respond to military aggression. Drones should be shot down by cheap artillery and cheaper drones, and expensive air defense should be used to protect against heavy missiles.
