I made a self contained kind of housing market market simulator.Built with React. The code is on github. I spent a lot of time trying to get it right but it but it is extremely limited. Hope someone gets some use out of it.

This is good , imagine your own personal business & projections.
A definite road map of goal starting from (+a — b2025, c2026, etc.
This looks really cool! This is so overwhelmingly an empirical/observational sub that I’m not sure I’ve ever seen modelling data presented here before. Definitely going to poke around with this one.
