  1. Someone actually predicted this on an earlier thread. Can we have the lottery numbers next please!

  2. You took the money ran the business into the ground, and moved money offshore you sure?

This degenerate will do absolutely anything other than take any kind of responsibility for her own choices.

And that shows how out of touch she is with the UK. I can’t imagine there’s a single (non rich) person in the UK who supports her, or more importantly her husband Doug Barrowman (who everyone seems to have forgotten). A simple solution would be to return the money. Disgusting.

Think the public should turn on her and find her assets, then ensure the government are informed where they are so we can recoup the tax payers money.

The audacity of the rich, just shows what they’ve been getting away with for years.

    EAT THE RICH.

    EAT THE RICH

The public should go find her assets and direct the government to where they are, then the government confiscate them to retrieve the tax payers money.

Just shows what these rich scum get away with if they have the audacity to do this.

she just wants to enjoy 122 million pounds of ill-gotten public money in peace, which really, can’t we all relate to?

When all the Victims of people like Mone say they should stop, then they can stop. Until then, go after every single one of those evil individuals.

How about you pay the £122m back and surrender your peerage, then after maybe we can talk about ending the vendetta, eh?

  12. *During a Labour Party conference fringe event, Reeves reportedly joked about having a vendetta against Lady Mone and Barrowman, saying: “Too right we do.”*

If Reeves did say this then it was very stupid of her. It will damage the chances of any criminal investigation and may even lead to an appeal against the civil finding for breach of contract and the £122m award just announced. Could also be used as a reason for Reeves to go as Chancellor.

Yes it stinks that there was this ‘VIP lane’ which Mone used to promote her husbands new company. Gowns were supplied – but were not sterile or were not proved in the correct way to be sterile. The reported £29m profit moved into family trusts. The lies Mone issued about her involvement (then defending them saying lying to the press is not illegal). None of this makes Mone look good. But Government Ministers need to watch their language – they can’t spout off or even joke as if they are anonymous on Reddit.

  13. She does deserve to be lawfully punished for such a dangerous scandal that she was involved with. Lives may have been put at risk – or even lost – by cutting corners.

However, Reeves should know better than to even joke about vendettas, because by now we know how the press work.

  14. Keep going Keir.

Alot of people became VERY rich during the pandemic and we want our money back.

Once that’s done, let’s see who got mega rich during austerity and go after them as well.

Oh please stop trying to hold me to account for all the dodgy shit I did to make money…

In the meantime we have people trying to take Starmer to task *still* about a field he bought for his mum to keep donkeys in because in theory he could have gotten planning permission to build houses on it *but didn’t*.

  16. Expect more of this.

‘Vendetta’, ‘dangerous’, ‘my safety’. Anyone gets called out for their bs and all of a sudden, ‘their life is at risk’. It’s soo transparent

  17. She’s clearly hoping Farage, Musk et al will take up her cause. Grifter gonna grift.

  18. MartyestMarty on

Criminal justice is all she deserves. Including stripping of offshore assets- like her fucking massive yacht that was bout with the proceeds of the fraud she undertook. 🥂cheers.

  19. Eh… It’s Lady Mone of Mayfair, not ‘Michelle Mone’. Get it right you peasants!

  20. Jaded_Taste6685 on

She’s trying to be clever by using the “blood feud” definition of “vendetta” rather than the much more common usage of the word as “retribution”, to make it seem like the government is calling for violence against her.

    >“I am writing to you in my personal capacity: first as a wife, second as a mother..”

Not sure what her marital status and offspring have to do with her ripping off the tax payer. Maybe she’s taking PR lessons from Andrea Leadsom?

Standard right wind oligarch strategy of doubling down on your obnoxious self entitlement .

  23. She should have been jailed years ago. The NCA kicked her door in years ago and it’s plainly obvious they stole a huge amount of money.

People have been dragging their heels on the criminal prosecution and it’s dodgy as fuck. Stop protecting establishment thieves. She isn’t alone and she is definitely being scapegoated but that doesn’t make her crimes any less real.

For Starmer this should be an easy political win, they promised to go after these thieves and nothing has happened.

  24. ThunderChild247 on

If Starmer responded with an open letter inviting her to shut the fuck up, he may actually get a bump in the polls 😂

  25. Ok-Combination3741 on

How dare she mention Jo Cox? She is nothing but a thief. She should be stripped of her title and sued into oblivion.

  26. Her and her husband made 60% margins on gowns that were unusable…

Even if you approach her situation in the most charitable possible way, they chose to make 60% margin on goods the country severely needed, at a time of extreme vulnerability.

They were real people -doctors and nurses, who needed these gowns.

She should be embarrassed by the way she reacted – pay the money and disappear.
