  1. Discovered earlier this year by Mount Lemmon Observatory in Arizona, C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) has been a pleasant surprise to comet watchers as it has grown steadily brighter over the summer. It will peak in magnitude later this month, and should be visible in dark skies later this month.

Photographed under Bortle 4 skies in Albemarle County, Virginia with a 130mm Newtonian telescope. This image combines 30, three minute exposures, for a total integration time of 1.5 hours.

  2. Nicely done. I’m impressed you got the plasma so well defined. Makes me want to try like I did for neowise.

  3. Fantastic picture. Please Watermark it so people can’t steal it without providing credit. Great shot
