      Sickle and hammer people cant stand Poland exactly for the reason of being a living proof how much of a success ditching the communism was. I had one talk with a tankie who claimed PRL was stained with liberalism, and that’s the reason for the system failure and collapse xd

      First, we worked our arses off in the 90s to even be in a position to get any money from the EU.

      Second, what we have got we used wisely to prop our infrastructure and economy. It was like a kindle to a bonfire.

      Third, by investing money in Poland the EU opened up a 40 million people market for their products and services.

      In the 90s nobody in Poland could afford western goods, today anyone can and does on daily basis. Polish people generate billions of euros for EU companies every years.

      So yeah we got the investments in form of EU funds but it was an investment that returns profit.

      It’s so insignificant it doesn’t matter. There’s more reactions to this on this sub than organically on twitter under it. You’re just rage baiting, as it’s commonly known these days.

      You know what’s funny ! China actually is confirmed to inflate their economical development rates…and yet it shows, GDP per Capita, china is still comparable to that of Lebanon… And if talking about immigration, Chinese need a visa to enter Mexico, and when they get it, they use it to illegally enter the USA, I watched many vids of Chinese illegal immigrants caught in USA
