One of the few, almost the missing good news that are still stubborn to visit us. László Krasznahorkai won the Nobel Prize for Literature! According to my taste and evaluation, he is the writer who deserves the most this distinction, even if receiving has a testamentary air and becomes a notoriety that you can hardly get rid of. I am happy that the work of an artist who commands so much weight and who raises so uncooperating lucidity receives his recognition.
Did you read his novels? In Romanian, two were translated, Satantango (after which Bela Tarr made the movie homonym, working with Krasznahorkai at the script, for almost 8 hours) and the return home of Baron Wenckheim. I also recommend the other two that represents the middle of this apparent mutant tetralogy, war and war and melancholy.

Satantango e o carte foarte buna.

Sincer tie cum ti s-a parut?
