Well, she’s not exactly far better than Trump. She’s the version of Trump but Venezuelan one.

Let’s do a thought experiment:

**Ola Nordmann**

* Continued wars in **Iraq and Afghanistan** inherited from Bush.
* Ordered major escalation in **drone strikes** across Pakistan, Yemen, and Somalia.
* Led **NATO intervention in Libya (2011)** — helped topple Gaddafi.
* Approved operations in **Syria** (arming rebels, airstrikes against ISIS).
* Authorized the mission that killed **Osama bin Laden (2011)**.

**Ole Nordmenn**

* **Did not start any new wars.**
* Increased airstrikes at first, then **reduced U.S. troop presence** abroad.
* Ordered the **killing of Iranian general Qassem Soleimani (2020)**.
* Tried to **withdraw troops from Syria and Afghanistan**, though only partly completed.
* Focused more on **economic pressure** (sanctions) than military intervention.

Which one of these two would you wote for, for the Peace Prize? Funnily enough, Ola Nordmann (Obama) won it, with kudos from the whole world.

The orange man? He gets ridiculed. The same people that loved that Obama won the Peace Prize, is the same that are against Trump winning it. Make it make sense.

But enough about the past, let’s see what Trump vs Machado has done for world peace:

**Donald Trump**

* Helped broker the **Abraham Accords (2020)** — normalization deals between Israel, UAE, Bahrain, Sudan, and Morocco.
* Reduced large-scale U.S. troop deployments and avoided starting new wars.
* Pushed **talks with North Korea**, meeting Kim Jong-un (first U.S. president to do so), though results were limited.

**María Corina Machado**

* Hasn’t held national power, so her peace impact is political, not military.
* Advocates **non-violent democratic transition** in Venezuela.
* Calls for international pressure rather than armed conflict to end Maduro’s dictatorship.
* Promotes **reconciliation and rebuilding** once democracy is restored.

Has the Nobel Peace Prize been taken over by leftists? Honest question.
