The first stop is just a quick stop in a town I’ve been wanting to check out,
2 would maybe be another quick stop or just one night,
3 is seeing some friends in Łodz,
4 to see the big city,
Then 5 a short stop in Poznań on the way home

    1. There is free express road from Germany to Koszalin, then intersection and to Bobolice. Then it’s construction area, but it’s not that tragic. National road 20 you have marked to reach point 1 has a lot bends, villages and only 1 lane so could be more tiresome to use it for such distance.

    2. Bro, I live need a quick road from Szczecin to Koszalin, take this instead of this Zadupie-Koszalin.

    3. Koszalin doesn’t have much to offer for a sighsteeing tour and I would not reccomend it for a foreigner. Instead, you should add Krakow to this list or change your road and visit Świnoujście.

But maybe try to get to know something rural in Poland. Maybe stay in a smaller town (20-30k people) or some village by the road? Poland has a lot to offer, especially small towns/villages with lakes if you go from the side of Szczecin. There are a lot of agroturistic hotels that have animals in the area, bikes to rent etc.

Maybe one day with visiting national park would be a better option?

    4. If you are planning going to Bydgoszcz you need to apply for a visa, as Bydgoszcz is excluded from Schengen

    5. No Wrocław? It’s hardly 3 hours drive from łodz to one of the most visited tourist city in Poland. Extremely beautiful. A lot to see.

Tourist, not native Polish, but your itinerary has me scratching my head. And I see that a lot of other commenters (many of whom are Polish) have a similar take.

Gdansk is touristy, yes, but it’s also probably the most photogenic city I’ve ever been to – including Brugge and Ghent (and those are ridiculously photogenic). The WWII and Solidarity museums are world-class.

Wrocław is probably the most appealing city I’ve been to in quite a while – just such a superbly beautifully kept old town, and the cathedral quarter is pure magic, with the nightly lamplighter lighting the gas lanterns by hand.

Toruń is a gorgeous small city with lots of history. The Malbork castle is probably the most archetypal castle I e ever seen and well worth an afternoon.

Warsaw is a big city, but I think it’s pretty universally understood to not really have much of a soul. Think of it like Los Angeles. Big and bustling with lots of attractions but just a lot of big buildings and sprawl. You can certainly go there and enjoy visiting lots of different museums or cultural attractions or restaurants that are interesting, but I don’t think anybody really ever comes away from Warsaw thinking that it’s a great city.

Just my take after spending about 3 weeks in Poland and loving every second of it.
