I tried paprika, tomato paste, saffron, but I can’t get the color I want. Of course I searched YouTube and social media, but even searching in Georgian doesn’t bring it up. Please, someone help. You get this colour from marigold. You also get it from Kurkuma, but they use marigold in Georgia.
Btw, that restaurant has some of the most amazing katleti. I always take a tray home to freeze.
