The prices of some new buildings/investors lower the time they go, while some are raised by a little bit. Those who descend clearly failed to sell at the price they imagined and had a little delayed.     Moje iskustvo je da krenu “nisko” i onda ih ekipa pocne mrcvarit da snize jos vise, pa dignu u nebo kako bi “ispregovarali” pocetnu (zeljenu) cijenu.

    volim ovu logiku “stoji par mjeseci pa bi bio red dignut cijenu za par stotina eura”

  5. Realno ne proda se za koliko se traži. Svi idu napuhano za APP ali se spusti. Prije dvije godine za stan koji sam kupio tražilo se 190k€ kupio na kraju za 140k€ a bilo je “zainteresiranih još kupaca” kako mi je agent rekao. A u oglasu je pisalo uz naslov “rezervirano”.
    Ljudi pregovarate. To šta piše je želja, za koliko ode je realnost. A agenti su preskupa niškorist.

    Family dream II je najjači. Rade drugi kat bez da su uopće dobili građevinsku dozvolu. Navali narode. Još malo pa nestalo.
