He’s guilty, it’s not even a contest, he willfully refused without lawful excuse. The only question he can ask is was it a proper use of terror legislation or not.

Mr Protect Our Kids taking donations from the guy who was found to be in the Epstein Files. Go figure.

  3. Musk has so much money, and this is the sort of thing he spends it on. What an unimaginative freaky piece of shit. .

  4. I absolutely despise this law but as I understand it, it’s pretty black-and-white and he should be convicted like any normal person would be.

  5. Then he can’t complain if he is found guilty. Hard to see them getting a conviction, it was quite suspicious but would it meet the threshold for terrorism as per the act?

Soooo, rich mates means you have a different experience of the legal system? So there are like two, umm, tiers I suppose you could call them? Fancy that🤔🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Honestly, this was not a good use of anti-terror law. Remember under this law you lose your right to legal defene and you MUST answer all their questions and give up your pins.

I do not think for a second they have or had any credible information to suggest he was part of an active terror group or planning an attack etc. They intrusive powers have their place when needed but I think this was an overeach of power.

Remember also, base this on the use of the powers not on who they were used against.

  8. I love how a handful of the turbo rich can just do whatever they want with our country. Whether it’s Rowling, musk or Dyson. Just outspend the govt on whatever they want.

Back to feudalism but I can’t even sign up to go on a fun bit of questing to find the holy grail or whatever.

  9. Why is it always nice terms like “anti-Islamist activist” Tommy Robinson and not… idk… “Nonce defender” Stephen Yaxley-Lennon?

Maybe we can get musk to fund all his future criminal cases too. It could be the biggest source of wealth redistribution in the history of uk
