Honestly if someone is here just for a short time, I can see how that would be snapped up in a heartbeat. Your own “apartment”, no need to share your bathroom.
Yes, it is tiny. But if you are here just to work, then you just need a room as your base. I lived in a dorm room around this size abroad for 3 months. It really isn’t terrible. Or if you’re recently divorced or something, and need a place until you get back on your feet.
Of course, if you intend to do anything other than work, then that’s definitely not going to cut it.
