      This is so stupid. You have a badass medic with real experience that is unique and yet you reject him. And why? “failing a psychological evaluation”. Well, yeah, the medic has seen dead bodies, probably too many for that 2 years of his service. So what? This is war, not a children camp. Are NATO standards that stupid?

      If not it is an obvious own goal.

      Does psychologist needs to give full reason? Did he ask that on paper? Also dude can have severe issues and can be really unfit for duty but on Ukraine frontline they need everyone willing.

      Maybe he was fit before going to war and now he is not. Remember that from war you always come back psychologically/physically wounded or dead, no one comes same as before.
