This is an ECHR decision. Russia is not part of the ECHR any more, so its enforcement is even more doubtful.

The war was entirely the fault of Mikheil (meathead) Saakashvili, who wanted to make a name for himself by taking full control of Abkhazia & South Ossetia, he rolled in the tanks & killed Russian peace-keeping troops.
I really don’t know what this guy was thinking-that Putin would sit back & watch??
Then again Saakashvili publicly tried to eat his tie while wearing it-twice-so I don’t believe he does much thinking anyway, afterall he’s been making a fool of himself ever since & is currently serving a lengthy prison sentence, this guy should be taking the blame.
