I think this is not super accurate overall, because we don’t generally rent 100m+ places, so there aren’t that many that are affordable. Try comparing like 50-70m (I bet it will be less drastic but still shit)

100m flats are really rare in general. My relative had a flat of this size and the only renters were very wealthy foreigners, so the price wasn’t aligned with the average market overall. If you can rent a 100m flat you can probably buy your own flat or even house.
I’d be curious to see this map for 40-60m flats.

Yeah it’s nuts. I have a 100 m2 apartment in Scotland and it costs about the same as in many CEE cities. I am from Romania where apartments are some of the cheapest in Europe, but relative to income, still less affordable than here.
